Shipping Policy

When you place an order with Mr.Boho, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the shipping provider you select. We offer free shipping for all orders over $120.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of our shipping partners, all weights are rounded up to the next full 500 grams.

Postage fees are non-refundable. This includes parcels marked Return to Sender or orders with incorrect addresses provided. If your parcel is returned due to non-collection, a $10 re-shipping fee will apply.

A signature is required on delivery for all Mr.Boho orders. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a postal pick-up card will be left. You’ll need to collect your parcel from the specified post office and present valid ID.

🎄 Christmas 2025 Shipping Cut-Off Dates

To ensure your Mr.Boho gifts arrive in time for Christmas Day, please place your order before the dates listed below. Orders must be placed before 10am (Sydney time) on the relevant cut-off date.

• Parcel Post (Same state – NSW or VIC): Monday, 22 December 2025
• Parcel Post (Interstate): Friday, 19 December 2025
• Express Post (All locations): Tuesday, 23 December 2025

For deliveries to Perth, Darwin, and Hobart:

• Parcel Post: Lodge by Friday, 12 December 2025
• Express Post: Lodge by Monday, 22 December 2025

International delivery cut-off dates (e.g. New Zealand) may vary. For up-to-date international information, visit the Australia Post Christmas guide.

Please order early to avoid delays during peak season. Items shipped after the cut-off dates will still be processed as quickly as possible, but may not arrive before Christmas.
