Returns

Should you change your mind about your purchase, Mr.Boho is happy to offer a store credit for items returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For products that are faulty, customers are encouraged to inform us within a reasonable period from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Faulty items will be eligible for a full refund.

The fastest way to secure the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

For faulty items deemed eligible for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return. If the refund is approved, you will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company can vary.
